We carried out a test clean on a very large property in Bristol a little while ago. We used super heated water at 150 degrees Celsius at around 80 Bar of pressure on the right and our usual cleaning chemical on the left.
The heat worked to a certain extent, but compared to our chemical cleaning it didn’t really compare at all.
Super heated water is great for removing algae from some surfaces, but for render chemical cleaning is the only way forward.
